Importing a survey header, footer, or confirmation

When you're creating a survey, you can re-use the headers, footers, and confirmation messages you've created for other surveys. This page lets you select any header, footer or confirmation message that's in use for any active survey.

• To open the page, use the path(s) in the Security and navigation section above.
• To select a header, footer, or confirmation, just click the corresponding radio button. All three functions work exactly the same way.
